Excellent service and great experience. Jasmine is one of the best servers there she has such a positive attitude and vibe which overall enhances our dining experience.

Our first time here. Not coming back. - Upcharged for everything without telling us. Do you want that loaded? Do you want mushrooms on that? Of course! We didn't know all of this was extra as prices were already expensive enough. - Given bread at start and never offered again. - Appetizer was quickly handed to us and the person ran away without refilling our drinks (and bread). - Nearing the end but still eating, our server came out, stuck out their hands, and quickly asked if we were done. Feeling pressured, we said yes. We weren't done and even the food we paid extra for was taken away. - Rarely checked up on. - Food is decent but lacks seasoning. It's also on the expensive side. Nearly $90 for two people without drinks or steaks! - So, many, screaming, kids. Ugh!

Ordered beef tips medium rare! Came out well done! Ordered sweet potato! Came out white baked potato! Food was very salty and uneditable! Appetizer was potato wedges! Came out cold. Waitress walking by quickly said everything ok? When I went to respond she was already gone! Never going back to Texas Roadhouse in Cranston! I understand they are busy but as a customer I expect to get what I ordered!
