I can only say... spectacular, although they take a long time, because there are a lot of people. But that's great!

We had to wait 10 minutes to get real forks, and spoons then libre food out a bunch daughters have hair in it. It took them another 20 minutes to redo hers. The waitresses were all bunched up together just talking disservice was not good at all. It was her birthday and I ask if they could do something for her. The told me their to busy to do anything

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. This was my first time trying Texas Roadhouse. We were given dirty plates and food that was presented in such a sloppy way. The only thing worth eating were the salads, Buffalo boneless wings, and fried mozzarella. We ordered an extra baked potato and as you can see in the photo, there's dried blood on the plate so we didn't eat it. The sirloin and bbq dish was served exactly how you see it in the photo. You can also see dried blood on that plate as well which leads me to believe that cross-contamination occurred during the making of our food. The presentation was so distasteful. It looks like the food was warmed in the microwave due to the splatter of the sauce all over the plate. When we left, we have to speed home because all of our stomachs were so upset from the food that we did eat. I will never go here again.

Service was great and so was the food Parking: There was absolutely no parking in their parking lot, the place was jam-packed, but there is another large parking lot next to it and the walk is not far at all

Went last night, the place was extremely busy. We had a good server i can’t remember her name. I had the full slab of ribs with a side salad and baked potato. My ribs were extremely burnt on the bottom, very dry with no taste to it. I had to request BBQ sauce on the side. Bread was of course delicious. A few hours later, i woke up out of my sleep to throw it all up. I’m not entirely sure why. But it was definitely from the food as that was the last thing i ate before i went to sleep. It was horrible… will not go back… ever.
