The manager is biased

I felt that was a great place . My wife took me there to celebrate my birthday with great meal . I ordered 12OZ of steak and it was delicious. The staff was very kind, they really care about the customer . The music was fine. In general everything was good . I recommend this place . Parking: Enough space to park and free.

I usually use the supercharger at this location, so today I wanted to get lunch so I went to this restaurant. I needed to use the washroom before I ordered so I made my way there. A guy in a white shirt (I’m assuming he’s the manager) said excuse me, the washroom is only for customers, so I said I am a customer, I just would like to use the bathroom first, is that okay? And he yelled NO! I said, what do you mean? I cannot pee before I order? And he said okay. At this point I was very annoyed, and thought I shouldn’t spend my money here but I didn’t want them to think I only came to use the bathroom. I ordered a pound of wings to go, paid for it, and went to move my car. When I returned, I waited another 6 minutes for my order. It was the worst wings I’ve ever had! No taste, no flavour, my biggest regret so far this year. Terrible customer service and terrible food! Never again!
