Tesco Cafe

Food lovely, girl a little under pressure should really have two staff members on in the mornings . Floor needs cleaning and tables properly cleaned. Toilets very unclean empty beer cans and bottles from the night before.

This is the only cafe in Cityside shopping centre. Put like this if there was another one open I would go to that one instead. No atmosphere, sloppy service. The food selection poor, taken off the shop floor out off packets. The staff which seems to be ever only 2, not all wear aprons no hairnets or any sign of hand sanitiser being in use. The tables always dirty and needed cleared as the spotty cutlery and chipped crockery. The staff always look like they don't want to be there. Tesco pull your finger ou t. Take advantage off being then only cafe there. Dietary restrictions: One choice for gluten free. Not very appetising.

Great food and service in the cafe

At the rush of lunch time, there was one person working the tills and making food, I think that is ridiculous, someone should be helping out especially at lunch time. I waiting 10mins for the person in front of me not ti be served let alone myself. So I just left. Disgrace, some of us only get hour for lunch, need to have more staff on. Not the guys fault but the companies fault.

I went with my daughter and grandsons for breakfast waited over 20 mins for food and it was cold and the tea was cold by the time it came the fella cooking should of done it table by table as people ordered not doing 4 tables together catering for about 15 people all at once doesn't work sorry to say I won't be back.

Giving one star as I can't give 0 was down with my 1 year old and ordered a cheesy gravy chip and a kids nugget meal I got handed a saucer with 4 nuggets and 7 chips and a miniature dip of gravy and cheese for nearly 7 pound I asked was that everything and they said yes instead of a plate with cheesy gravey chip and a kid nugget meal what I had paid for 7 chips and 4 nuggets on one plate also check just eat reviews on the place it seems to be a regular occurrence shameful.

Lovely wee cafe, really friendly staff and fast service. Vegetarian options: Great options for a tescos cafe plenty of alternative milk options available.

Friendly and inviting staff with top class food and great portions. Well priced. Excellent experience.

Great coffee and food all fresh and quick service but James who works there is the reason why we keep coming back. So incredibly friendly, professional and helpful. He really is a credit to the company. He always remembers our order even though he serves many customers. He is worth his weight in Gold. A great worker who really cares for his customers.
