Good for a lazy morning breakfast. Generous portions. Comfortable seating. Well mannered staff. It takes its own sweet time to get the food on the table though but it is worth it. Weekends can be busy so be ready to wait in the queue and at the table or show up at 9

Don’t waste your time cos that’s what it is. It doesn’t matter if there is one person in the queue or a dozen. the time they leave you at the till knowing your there is disproportionately long. Total shambles. They just meander about the place achieving nothing.

The food & drink is always good & is reasonably priced but the service lets it down. There aren't enough staff, they need two people at the counter all the time so that one can take orders & the other can prepare the drinks etc, not one person to do both. There is one assistant in particular that just cannot cope on her own & I pray every time that she isn't on duty when I go there as it takes so long to get served

Closes daily at 3pm. Brill menu can't be bought if shut! Does morning tea early lunch then closes like a vice. Such a shame! Is it a tax dodge cafe? Used to be wonderful meeting place. Other cafes in nearby huge shopping centre closed, it's missing a great untapped market. Walked in today hoping for a hot meal to find all closed & one coffee type on offer, zero sarnies predone. Just put up a sign for opening hours to let people know! Please rejuvenate this cafe its so convenient for family casual get together with kids & less mobile. Ground floor access & space for wheelchair users AND massive almost department store stocked Tesco the other side of the dividers. Lost one star for each patron /family turned away in final half hour of business that I saw. In time of writing whilst sitting here saw 2 more families turned away, but left the rating.

Honestly it was absolutely horrible. First time we went, our order was wrong twice. Today we waited 20 minutes in the queue, one of the staff asked if anyone wanted hot drinks, so we got a hot chocolate. when we got it, it was freezing cold. The food they gave us was inedible, burnt to a crisp, it took them about 30 minutes to make a new burger that wasn't cremated. And to top it all off. As we left, a staff member in the kitchen was screaming, crying and swearing. Telling the other staff members to shut up. I had my two year old nephew with me and really didn't want him to hear the language coming out of the staff members mouth. Won't be going back. If I could rate it 0 stars I would.
