Terra Mediterranean

Health hazard! I love Terra but there is EXTREME negligence going on with a leak in the ceiling. It has been there for at least 2 weeks and while I am sure they are at the mercy of their building management’s contractors for repairs, they are fully in control of NOT PLACING THE SALAD BAR UNDER THE LEAK. This isn’t just rain water, it is runoff from the HVAC, water that has animal feces and other gross things from the space above the restaurant. Diners shouldn’t have to dodge buckets and drips and risk their health. Please don’t eat here until this is fixed, and if you have, contact the local health department to report this.

I only ever go for lunch, but it's so good. I would like to see a more dessert variety, but still enjoy coming.

I love the place, the food is tasty and always fresh. Although it is more expensive than average nice meal but I love to be there from time to time for the excellent Mediterranean food

Terrible Experience I recently had a very bad experience at Terra. I feel compelled to share. My party of six, including two infants, was having dinner, and unfortunately, we were the last to leave as the restaurant was closing. However, instead of receiving polite and respectful treatment, we were met with utter rudeness and hostility from the front desk staff. The woman at the front desk, lean with blonde hair, wearing blue jeans and a black t-shirt, displayed appalling behavior. As we were leaving, she aggressively slammed the door shut while muttering curses under her breath. Additionally, both she and her boyfriend, who were present at the parking lot, made offensive gestures towards us. Feeling concerned, I attempted to address the situation, only to be met with further hostility as they began shouting and even threatened to escalate the situation. This behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism and customer service standards of Terra. No patron should ever be subjected to such treatment, especially when accompanied by young children. I urge anyone considering dining at this location to think twice before doing so, as the appalling behavior of the staff completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable dining experience.

Best Mediterranean food my family was looking for in Frisco/Plano area. Their vegetarian custom Platter with Falafel and all other sides is mouth watering! Baklava was delicious Vegetarian options: Please ask for vegetarian options and take the platter with hot pita bread.
