Worst food ever. No taste not at all eatable. It was so so bland and tasteless. We ordered shrimp pan Asian and one chicken teriyaki. We had to throw it and go to A&W and eat a sandwich there to feel better .
I ordered seafood soup for the $18 it’s so shame that it doesn’t worth the food price so bland and tasteless. You gotta do better man it’s expensive!
i went to this location last weekend and had a very negative experience. staff was slow and seemed distracted, i thought the establishment was closed because the employees were in the back. when an employee finally came to the front, i was about to leave but decided to order since i had waited anyway. the food was okay, meat seemed slightly undercooked as the staff seemed rushed to just get my order dealt with so they could go to the back. management seems extremely disorganized and kitchen appears understaffed. do better.
manager gave horrible service and was racist. i will definitely not come back. i do not recommend ordering from this place.

Food was not made as ordered.. Only veggies were thinly sliced carrots & small amount of onion. Definitely will not order from here for delivery. Will need to inspect your orders before you leave this restaurant. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!
Way better choices at this food court. Staff at this Teriyaki Experience location are grumpy. Food is dry, undercooked and tasteless. Questionable restaurant cleanliness also. Take my advice and eat somewhere else.
I ordered a chicken teriyaki with rice. First, the chicken was really dry and bland. I am unsure if it was cooked properly because from what I can see, their kitchen looked really unsanitary and the chicken was a funny colour... As well, someone who looked like she could be the manager was very snobby and rude to her fellow employees, so there was no point in asking to talk to a manager as I had a feeling I would get nothing out of it. Do not recommend because of their food and the environment!!!
I bought from this location and it just took way to long for my food to be made. The cashiers were going back and forth, making food, and doing SKIP orders. This location is understaffed and the workers are overworked, is the owner not able to afford paying for more employees to work?
