I should’ve checked reviews prior eating here. Waited for a few minutes at the door, was told to grab a table, after good 15 minutes, still no server appeared to be interested in taking our order. Decided to sit at the bar. Bartender was great. The one star is for the servers, bartender was 5 stars. Expensive and didn’t see much value for the amount of money spent. Servers were running around but seemed very disorganized and chaotic. Poor food presentation. Carnitas tasted ok. Will never eat here again

I ordered a veggie burrito from express and received a chicken burrito. It wasn't until I got to my plane that I discovered they made my burrito wrong (it was marked veggie). Mistakes happen but it is pretty irritating when you are traveling and there already isn't much for options for vegans/vegetarians and the one thing you eat is made entirely wrong. Not just an errant piece of chicken but completely wrong.

Good place to eat at CLT. Excellent service and delicious breakfast burritos. The bloody Mary's were a little disappointing.

When i sat down Miranda the bartender was very rude. She helped the people who sat down after me first and did not offer me water or a menu. She then proceeded to stare me down while pouring their drinks and asked if I was ok with an attitude after I have not spoken one word to her. I looked at her name tag and she flipped it around so I could not see her name and told me "I'm not your bartender." And stormed off. Very impolite and unprofessional. I walked out without ordering. Will be following up w management but judging by past reviews others have had the same experience and I would not be surprised if with her. Corporate offices should be notified of the horrific customer service she provides.

Good food, salsa has some spice to it!

Came here during a layover, and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. Ordered at the “take out” area because the main restaurant wasn’t yet open, and then tried to sit down at a table while waiting for food once it opened. Was immediately told to leave by a worker, even though we just ordered. She didn’t care. Got the food, I spent $21 for a soggy burrito with no seasoning, fake eggs, and way too many beans. Sickening.

Heinous would be the best way to describe it. From poor service to dreadful food, topped off with food that was nearly inedible and finished with prices that are out of line for the quality. The restaurant is in awful shape too with used napkins stuffed under tables to support them and dirty miss matched glasses. The amount of food being sent back must be astronomical if the tables around us are any indication.

Burrito with chicken or if you can call it chicken was disgusting.. Never had worse Mexican food in my life...Should be ashamed to serve this quality of food. I had been in the restaurant business for 20 years.. Enough said..
