Everything was fresh and flavourful New decor makes it better atmosphere But the staff were not friendly at all.

I think if people come they should be warned that you have 2 hours for everything you can eat. This is probably why everything is prepared and served very slowly. When we arrived , the establishment had only 1 table, we took the second one. That is, only 2 tables. We wait about 30 minutes until the appetizer ready. If you order something, then wait a very long time, and then you will be told that your time is up. In fact, it's absolutely not worth their price, especially if you're going out for dinner with friends or family and want to have a good time. Some fish is fresh and delicious, some is frozen and the smell , appearance , taste as if it has been in the refrigerator for several days.Of course, they skip some plates from your order and don't bring everything you ordered. To be honest I understand why there were no visitors there and we won't be going back there either.

Went there for the first time since the re-opening and was very disappointed. One of my snow rolls had two large bones in the salmon, the fried rolls were cold which made the tempura coating very chewy, and the cake that my partner ordered for desert was as hard as a dried dish sponge. I have never spit food out into my napkin at a restaurant before and I had to with the fish on this date... I'm not one to leave negative reviews, especially since I loved Tenko before so I'm sad to leave this one. Service/hosting and atmosphere was fine otherwise.

Had an amazing experience, the food was really delicious. The atmosphere is very comfy and the staff is very attentive and quick with brining your food. Definitely coming back and recommend to all

The quality of the seafood is probably the best in Windsor. The rolls themselves are huge though which makes it really awkward to eat. Wanted to be a bit experimental and tried the monkey roll with fried banana. While it worked surprisingly well, there was just too much banana such that it was almost all I could taste. The atmosphere of the place was nice overall but I wished they opened the blinds as it felt a bit dimly lit.

While the atmosphere with the new decor was nice the food definitely declined. The rules are now huge but don't stay together as well. A lot of them had a lack of flavour. This used to be our favourite place to go; so this makes this visit very sad. We opted not to do all you can eat because I wanted some to takw home. I ordered a ton of food and you would have thought they would have brought the appetizers out first but nope, they brought everything out all at once! Our bill was almost $200 ans definitely was not worth it.

Delicious sushi. The fish tasted very fresh and the rolls were huge. Definitely worth the price.

Went there for two people when we went to pay the guy overcharged us and smirked at us when we payed even though we still tipped. Won’t go back, better off paying over 100 dollars at a nicer place.

bad experience. sashimi only come 2 times and some orders missed. Won't go there again!
