What an absolute dumpster fire of an experience! My understanding is this business shares kitchen space with ihop. I ordered for the first time yesterday. First order came only for me to be presented with a giant bag of ihop breakfast food for someone named “Al.” I am not Al. Obviously this was solely the fault of the doordash driver, but he consistently tried to blame it on the restaurant. Called Tenderfix and was told I’d get a refund, but at some point my man tried to convince me the breakfast food was what I ordered. As I didn’t have a car and felt the catastrophe was on doordash, I tried replacing my order. I must have been crazed from the lack of food… I waited another hour to have a nice gentleman once again hand me the wrong meal - only at least this time the restaurant was correct. So basically, I spent all day trying to get some chicken sliders. And the “refunds” two separate Tenderfix employees promised me were only partial, meaning they didn’t refund tax or fees. I don’t mind paying the tip but really? It was a wild time y’all. What I did receive - chicken tenders and fries - was tasty, but very much not what I had set out to feast upon.
