Went into Tenant for the first time, was super excited to eat here. Had no idea I would be verbally harassed the entire meal by the Chef Cameron Cecchini. He asked me if I did drugs, vaped in my face, made a comment about my partners genitals, shouted at me across the restaurant, and made a customer stare me down. Truly astonished. I hope people like this in the food industry do not get support for their insane behavior. To top it off the food was nothing special.
absolutely one of minneapolis’s best restaurants. every new menu is delightful- thoughtful, delicious, satisfying, fun. the bar half of this place is also quietly the nicest bar around and the snacks are out of this world. you need to go
The set, multi-course menu liberates you from having to choose! And their choices are really good
Fabulous! Can't wait to go back.
Everything I hoped it to be, 6 courses of really well curated food. I am not sure what took me so long to try Tenant, but it's now on my list as one of my favs!
Overall, Tenant was good and I would probably visit again to try a new tasting. The staff was great, very friendly and attentive. We liked 4 out of 6 of the dishes. The 4 ranged from very good to delicious. Two of the dishes, the salmon and the ravioli, were ok. Not bad but not great. The wine pairing was nice but 3 glasses was a lot for me, and the citrus mocktail was wonderful. The music was too loud though and it was difficult to catch all of the words in a conversation, either with the other diners or what was being told to you about each course.
The meal was great! I wish we had come half an hour early to get a drink next-door first
Best food in twin cities! Superb atmosphere and spectacular service
