The doorman, Tyler, was amazing, met him with my sister and we spent more time chatting to him than in the place itself. Hysterical guy, absolutely lovely! Alex was an absolute doll as well. Great evening, thank you!! You two made our night haha

I don’t normally leave reviews but the staff are beyond rude here. Completely ignored me on multiple occasions and they come across stuck up/arrogant tbh. Service was so poor I don’t think they could be more unfriendly if they tried. Need to be put through basic customer service training!

AWFUL UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!!! Firstly, when we arrived (before last entry time) the bouncer told us and a lot of others that the doors were closed but proceeded to allow a member of staff from coyote and a group of her friends to go in. But I thought you weren’t letting people in? How strange. Luckily, she recognised us and took us in with her. At the bar, they’re displaying empty bottles of spirits they don’t actually sell, which again, very strange. 2 x doubles and 4 x shots came to £53.80. Ridiculous! Will not be going again.

The music needs to be better Different DJ playing the same songs back to back. Rubbish.

Disgusting behaviour from the security team. Aggressive, rude, condescending and looking to start fights with just about anyone for no reason. They’re supposed to be there to ensure customers have a fun and safe night. Instead, they act as a gang of thugs. They do not create a safe environment. It’s a shame as the DJ was actually playing great music but you can’t stay and enjoy it due to the gang of thugs. Management need to sort this out. Avoid!
