Half of the machines did not work It looked like they had not cleaned the machines or the floor in over a month And it was 20$ for two tiny yogurts. Could have bought 4 gallons of tillamook and ate it at home in the bathtub for that price.

First and last time I'll ever visit a TCBY. If I could give it a Zero and still leave a written rating, I would. "The country's best yogurt" ... ? LOL Definitely the worst frozen yogurt shop I've ever been to. Got chocolate and vanilla thinking it'd be a safe bet considering the others available. The vanilla had zero flavor and the chocolate was spoilt sour, plus fresh strawberries that tasted like straight up liquor. My fiancee got the oreo and coffee flavors. Said the oreo tasted good but the coffee was also spoilt sour. It ended up making them vomit the next day. Neither of us finished even half of the portions we got. The kicker for me overall was when the register asked for a tip... A TIP!?.. 😐🤨 A tip for what? ME serving MYSELF?! where's MY tip?

Great customer service and great food

All the froyo dispensers were gross and the ice cream was gross as well very over priced

Honestly really sad, the place was very cute, however; it was extremely dirty and so obviously unkept. The place doesn’t look like it’s been cleaned in days! The only time the cashier left the station was to go and get herself her own thing of ice cream. Couldn’t even leave to wipe up a bit. The cashier was also on her phone the entire time. I didn’t see a single sanitation rag in sight. Topping stations, FILTHY! Absolutely UNSANITARY! I don’t know how this place passes the health inspection. I’d feel more clean eating in a porta potty. Had to leave instantly because i felt so uncomfortable eating in there. Froyo was good though. :)

Great service, the staff was very helpful, and generous. Nice and clean and a great place to stay out of the heat and have a treat!

Frozen yogurt & topping selection was good but if you are wanting ice cream.go elsewhere (the ice cream is already in cups in the small freezer.. did not taste fresh/good). And was over 19$ for 2 yogurt cups and a small ice cream up that was left uneaten.
