Loved the service I got here today as he is so helpful and made sure I wasn’t overcharged with the tissue papers I wrapped around the bowl. It’s rare to have hard working and honest employees these days!

This was a pretty good frozen yogurt place. This might not be THE best frozen yogurt, considering some flavours might be a hit-or-a-miss, but what they lack in fro yo, they make up for it in hospitality. We got the cookies and cream, Graham crackers, French vanilla, and chocolate flavours. We didn’t care much for the cookies and cream, but the Graham crackers and French Vanilla tasted on point and we highly recommend them. The cashier was kind and polite and complied with all our requests. There’s a small seating area inside, and a small flight of stairs take you downstairs into the location. Overall, a decent frozen yogurt location with a fair collection of flavours. Parking is available outside.

Great tasting frozen yogurt and I love that samples are available. My only annoyances are that the flavors are barely ever changed. TCBY is much unlike Menchies because Menchies had many more flavors and changed them every time I went there. I still love coming here but I think it would be amazing to see some variety in their frozen yogurt.

Wasn't what I was hoping for but the service was wonderful and the yogurt I got was good.

Yuck. This store is so filthy and gross, I didn’t want to eat there. Paint is literally peeling from the walls and chunks of Sheetrock are missing. One of the light fixtures above the ice cream is hanging out by the wiring so badly it could fall any minute. The toppings counter is sticky and filled with fingerprints and other junk. And the bathrooms …. My God it looks like no one has cleaned it in weeks, the bottle of soap is so empty someone just added water to it to create some suds. The worker was polite when we approached counter to pay, but was on his phone the entire time we were making our yogurts - never offered to help or ask if we have any questions; zero engagement. And continued standing around on his phone rather than clean that nasty store. We won’t be back.

Kevin was phenomenal! So personable and helpful. He took the time to explain the flavors when I couldn’t decide and was very patient.
