I took my grandson to this business a couple of days ago. He went into the establishment and got a cup and brought it to me first. The young lady that worked there thought that was so nice. He got a lot of gummy worms, gummy figures. There is a restaurant in that strip section but they had two men directing traffic, had to park on the side of wall. Too busy when everyone is coming from work. This is a popular place.

Great treats and fun staff

This is a great frozen yogurt pretty close to downtown Charlotte - only a few minutes away by car! I think TCBY is one of North Carolina’s bigger frozen yogurt chains, but just because it’s a chain doesn’t mean it’s any less good. You’ll feel like a kid again picking all your different ice cream flavors and toppings. Go one way and have mostly frozen yogurt with almost no toppings, or go the other way and fill your cup to the brim with toppings! Just keep in mind they price you based off your ice cream’s weight, so it could get expensive if you pack it with too much stuff. The store inside is very clean, there is plenty of parking out back, and it has a very bright and cheery atmosphere. Great place to go if you’re looking for a treat!

I honestly stopped here because I had heartburn really bad . I had the country vanilla with pound cake and fresh fruit. Yogurt helps heartburn ❤️

I loved ittttt!! Please keep in mind that I have gotten lost because it is sort of a small space/ parking lot, and I thought I was going to see TCBY AS SOON AS I PULLED IN, BIT INSTEAD ITS ON THE OTHER SIDE OF REIDS. BUT PLEASE DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED ABOUT TCBY BEING LOCATED HERE IN THIS PARKING LOT BECAUSE IT DEFINITELY IS HERE MY FAVORITE FLAVOR IS BIRTHDAY CAKE AND THEY DO HAVE MORE FLAVORS SUCH AS OREO, VANILLA, CARAMEL ETC....... BUT THIA PLACE IS DEFINITELY THE BEST FROZEN YOGURT THAT I HAVE EVER HAD AND WILL COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN
