Tav meze grill

The food is amazing and the staff so very friendly! We are going there always with pleasure ! Kid-friendliness: My kids are feeling like home there everyone we go !

Firstly, after placing my order I was asked to pay before the food was prepared which I found a bit odd as I have never ordered anything without the means to pay. There was a white guy that was waiting for his order before me. While I was waiting for my order to be prepared, the white guy's order was ready and he was asked to pay at that stage . I got my three orders which totalled £30 which wasn't a problem as I knew that they were a bit pricey prior to going there, my disappointment was when I got home . The doner kebab was not kebabing at all, it is the worst I have ever had, and had to throw it away. I doubt that the foxes that usually raid our bins will be interested in the thrown away kebab too, it was that bad. I hate leaving bad reviews but I felt compelled to do so on this occasion.

Little gem of a place. Would be hard pressed to find a better Turkish restaurant in Basildon. Their lamb and chicken shishes are very tender and juicy.

Excellent Turkish meze food, went for the shared platter for the 3 of us which is great quality and competitively priced! Enough to left to take home! Will certainly be back
