Tasti D-Lite

All of the toppings were rock hard, had to throw them all away. Gummy bears as hard as a lifesaver and brownie piece were like bricks.

Not everyone likes Tasti-D-Lite. But those who love it, will be very happy to find one of the few stores left in Manhattan. Excellent Tasti. Almost always have either peanut butter or Snickers which are very popular flavors, chocolate and vanilla and then usually something fruit flavored. I find the staff very helpful and friendly. This isn't ice cream. Those expecting it to be with be disappointed. But for those who recognize and enjoy Tasti, they will be glad to find this location.

BIG RIP OFF… GO ELSEWHERE! When I arrived the man behind the counter was fully engaged in a phone conversation and was annoyed when I asked to sample two flavors. I helped myself and he eventually came over when I couldn’t find a sooon for toppings. Again annoyed. But the worst part was when it was time to pay. He weighed the two not even half full cups and didn’t give me time to see the price he keyed in. I saw $14 flash on the screen and then $17. I thought how did this get to the price. I was with my 2 year old granddaughter. I had the receipt texted. When I checked it out… he added a $3.57 tip. WHAT?!!! For horrific service and he somehow ripped me off by trickily touching the screen.

when i went to the store the indian guy asked me if i was freaky and then he asked me if i was african and i was wondering who starts a conversation like this. bad experience didnt even bother buying from this store.

The machine shot ice cream all over the front of my clean pants and shoes. I wasn’t expecting anything from the store but the least they could have done was make it right and offer me my small ice cream. The cashier was not only unsympathetic but rude, I left without my purchase. I’m not your brother, don’t call me that. I hope you find an ounce of happiness in your shallow miserable life.

The owner is not well. I asked him if they offer student discount and he got psycho....lol. He asked me where in this country offers student discount and that I was trying to rip him off. He then said, "If I went to your country, I should say I'm a tourist and ask for a tourist discount." Lol... he's an absolute lunatic. I also saw that he yells at his staff ...and the poor girl looked miserable. I felt bad forher. I thought the flavors were decent...toppings looked old and unsanitary. Just looked unclean and had many flies swarming around the toppings. Would not recommend.
