Tart & Soul Cafe

Nice little spot, I tried a mocha and it was pretty good. Seemed like a nice place to chill and enjoy good coffee. Would come back if I was in the area more often. Great for students

The best crust I've had is on the T&S butter tart. And I've had a lot of crusts in my 35 years in case there is question about my comparison set. Have tried nearly all their desserts and have always been very happy. Coffee is hot and lots. Friendly staff, all 3 I have met. Have been offered staff clothing (cafe sleeveless sweater?) for a chilly day on the patio, and given double the number of cookies I paid for. Will return and look forward to it. The cafe was very nice and the staff there were very friendly, they would greet me warmly when I came in the cafe after school (they even remembered my name!!) , sometimes it was difficult for me to order due to the language barrier, but the staff always patiently guided and encouraged me, they are so sweet!! highly recommend BLT bagels, so good that I can eat two at once lol

Excellent coffee, even better sandwiches! A little pricey for a cafe, but definitely worth it.

A student favorite, this cafe serves up delicious eats and drinks with plenty of veggie options. Prices are comparable to other local spots and service is fast and friendly. Also a great atmosphere inside with plenty of seating. Get there early or they may be sold out of many favorites!

Best cafe near Dalhousie. Remembered my name after only going a couple times. Good coffee. I haven't tried any lunch items but the place always smells great so I'm sure they're good.
