Taqueria Cotijas

My husband brought me here and said their food used to be good. We went and the food was terrible we ordered queso and it was straight cheese with no flavor then we both got enchiladas. I got the green sauce and it was way to spicy my husband got the red sauce and it tasted like bbq sauce which is a weird tlflavor on enchiladas. The staff was nice but the food was not

Cotijas is definitely my families go to Mexican restaurant in the area! Family owned, great food, comfortable atmosphere, great drink options. The Cotijas pizza is typically my favorite, but I haven’t had anything there that wasn’t great tasting and filling!

Can we talk about the drinks???? I mean not a bar at all right but man.. the shots and top shelf margaritas!!! Pretty amazing!!!
