This place is amazing! Always great food and when you're there you are like family. It really feels like you are at a big family gathering. Food is always on point. The only bad thing is that after 40yrs they are closing their doors for good. If you have the chance to go there in the next week do so but also know that this place will probably be packed every night. Kid-friendliness: They staff are all parents so they understand kids and treat them as if they were their own.
The worst treatment I have ever experienced. We were told when called didn't need a reservation. Waited 10 minutes in the booth while the service staff waited on everyone else. It was a cold vibe. We were not wanted. The owner was in the back cooking. The lady on the phone couldn't even say sorry. In fact laughed.
40 years and family friendly
Never been here since they will close their door 2/7 we decided come last Wednesday 2/1 wait to be seat 30minutes. And get seat order food 5minutes after get seated. Almost 1hour 30minutes later food come. Owner said she have 2 teenagers girl on the back help cooking, fire chef the day before. Owner husband ill so he won’t be cooking. So she replace with 2 teenagers and $40 ribeye steak medium and way undercook. Look like and taste like rare temperature and plain no seasoning on it at all. Sweet bake potato hard in middle. Really chewy like gum. My sister in law order exactly same like me and was terrible steak too. Worst experience since they close their door so it won’t matter
The food here was so so so good, 8oz Top Sirloin Baked Potato, Salad. They served melted butter for the baked potatoes. You can put some on potatoes some on your steak, lastly you can dip your Texas toast. Want good food, go there NOOO YOU CANT CLOSE
