Tamarind Modern Indian Bistro

I was so disappointed in this place. I took my boss out to lunch here and made an reservation for 11:45am. When I arrived at the restaurant I was told the restaurant opens at 12pm and the staff hadn't even arrived. I waited in the lobby until 12pm and then was seated at a random table in the restaurant. The service didn't really start until 12:15-12:30 and even until then the entire staff hadn't arrived. This was so embarrassing. Finally ordered the food. Some of the items came out cold and you can tell they were frozen to start with. Bill was about $150.00 for 2 of us. I don't think I will be coming back.

The food is average here nothing special. Appetizers took forever to come. Drinks are not that good either. Wouldn’t visit here again.

Food was bad , I loved their food before but last time they served uncooked food , tasteless Indian food . I went on Shivratri night . I would expect them to take feedback and take some action

It’s not a place to visit if you guys don’t have enough time, apparently they ask you to wait for approximately an hour to serve you once you have placed the order, the staff too is not at all friendly or polite, my night was ruined, very disappointed!!!

Slowest service we could ever get.

Food is good but overpriced and the service is terrible.

I had a reservation there for my birthday. I booked table in afternoon, but someone from the management realised to cancel it last moment due to private event. I literally mentioned while booking it’s for bday. They ruined my whole evening. I couldn’t go to other restaurants of course it was because of last minute cancellation and couldn’t find a table anywhere . When i spoke to manager, she said we can come but have to leave within an hour. Like seriously, How someone can do that? Poor service, lack of communication, no respect for customers and for sure don’t care about ruining someone special day. I don’t even want to give 1 star for this ridiculous service.

Extremely loud music. You can barely hear anybody on your table and these guys don't understand it's not a nightclub it's supposed to be a sit-down restaurant. The food is okay but the service is so bad and the manager is the worst he needs to be fired immediately otherwise this place will go downhill in a hurry and nobody will be left to eat Curry!!
