Taku Steak House

It was ok.

The food was hot/cold but delicious. The hibachi chef was very entertaining but the vegetables could have been cooked a little longer. The only thing I was not happy with is we were put at a hibachi table by the windows and they put a space heater pointed at our table that did nothing to warm us up and our food got cold quickly. Also my 2 yr old grandson almost ran into the space heater. Not a safe remedy. It's a very nice restaurant just don't sit close to the windows when it's cold outside. We spent over 200.00 and I had to eat with my jacket on. It was a surprise bday lunch for my daughter who came from MI to spend her bday with me. If I go back again sometime I'll make sure if it's cold outside I sit away from the windows. Taku had a clean atmosphere and our waitress was phenomenal. She had a sweet personality.

Great food and service! The hibachi is always a family favorite! The crab Rangoon is the best in the town.

Great place for a large group

I ordered doordash. My food was sealed when I received the order. There was no fried rice in bag. I called taku (they were about to close) and the lady argued with me that she put the rice in there herself. There was no rice and the doordasher didn't take it. I paid almost 40.00 for this one entree plus tip. She was rude and unhelpful.
