Taipan is a staple in the area and has great bread. I usually avoid here as I usually experience terrible service with really rude staff. I had a gift card so I came again and the bread was fantastic. I also got a large HK milk tea. The large is pretty small and the milk tea tasted terrible. Not sure what happened there. Overall it's worth giving it a shot as it's a Flushing staple, but I personally avoid here if I can. There's many other great bakeries in the area that I would much rather go too.
Their boba tea taste awful so much sugar. Waste of money.
I only stopped here quickly as I really wanted a sesame ball so I dont have much to say about the place in general. It seemed to have a good range of bakery items and it all looked delicious, unfortunately they seem to only take cash which was a pain foe my tourist self. The service was nothing special, it's a typical Chinese owned place so it's more of a homely attitude than a professional one. However, the sesame ball was one of the best I had, it was extremely well priced and it was massive yet it was still evenly filled out with the red bean paste. I would come here for another sesame ball if I ever had cash on me.
Very good authentic HK bakery. Good HK style bo luo bao that’s NOT like a melon pan.
早上買的蛋黃酥 晚上吃的時候裡面就已經發霉長毛了 店員還說都是當天現做的 要放多久才能發霉到這個程度 太噁心了
Their "chicken-tail bun" is the best
