Was there an ownership/management change? Based on previous visits, service was sub par and staff cold. The food was barely warm and I had eaten in.

Almost every time I've ordered from here they've gotten my order wrong. I'm vegetarian, so I enjoy the refried bean burrito (when it's correctly delivered), but 4/5 times I've ordered they've sent me beef. Obviously I can't eat it, so it's just a waste of food and my time/money. This has happened so many times I'm honestly just done with this restaurant.

Drive thru is one of the slowest I've experienced anywhere. Nearly 30 minutes in a drive thru is ridiculous
