Taco Time NW

Food was hot and fresh! The tator tots were crisp, and I love crispy tots! My only complaint is...their ketchup! It's ketchup gel, ick!

$13.77 before I got my change, I gave him two cents To make it $13.75, gave him $20.00 and said, I’ll make it easy and I’d rather have the quarters. Easy right! He looks for a second…..digs into the register and hands me .71 cents, in dimes! I stared at it and was like uhhh.. wrong change. Explain the whole I gave you two pennies yada yada. He just looked at me and asked me if I wanted my receipt. Never really had poor service at this place, until now. On the way home I had this overwhelming curiosity to look in the bag. As I reached in, it felt wet and it was hot sauce. One mysteriously blew open inside the bag. That honestly never has happened at TacoTime to me. I ordered the new taco burger. At the light, I popped open the box to find It’s inside on the outside of the bun. Long rant but geeezz!

Food was dead. The beans looked like they were a week old. The crisp meat burrito looked & tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp all day. Portions are much smaller these days too…. So small that I think Taco Time now identifies as Taco Bell. So happy they took away our ketchup and hot sauce pumps for our own ‘protection’ (eye roll). Notice you don’t hear the “Good Good Fresh Fresh” slogan anymore? Can we get back to the good ole days please??

The employees here are great. Food is amongst the best for fast food chains

I love Taco Time, being employed by this great company helps not to be biased. I honestly loved my Veggie Classic Burrito, I don't work at this establishment so I was leary of ordering something that I hadn't tried yet from another Taco Time restaurant, but I was so happy from 1st to last bite it was delicious!

This is 2nd visit in 2 years both times they dont give all that was ordered on their over priced food. Ordered for 2 adults and a kid and they gave nothing of the kids meal in bag so i get home to nothing to eat for kiddo. Their receipt gives phone number to corporate that doesnt even answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and pass on 164th taco time just pisses you off to pay 50$ to feed 3 to find out its only 2 meals and i was still hungry after... 25$ for a less than filling meal is a total waste of money!
