Taco Taxi

Best tacos in town hands down! It's all about the dipping salsas, they are very flavorful and a must try. So much so that the consommé was unnecessary at all for birria tacos. The place is busy but service is quick. Plenty of places for dining in.

Español abajo: I had never been to eat at this restaurant. But as soon as I saw the name, it took me back to my days in Mexico where once a week I would go to Taco Taxi for dinner. I don't know if this restaurant here is connected to the one in Mexico. I ordered a quesabirria, which was good, but what surprised me was the consommé, which was delicious. The sauces were also rich and spicy. The place is small and is just for sitting and eating, but it does not invite you to stay and have a conversation. Something that caught my attention is that it is surrounded by other restaurants, but this one has a lot of clientele, which is good because it ensures that the ingredients they use are fresh or at least have been stored for a few days in their refrigerator or pantry. Those who serve there speak Spanish. I recommend this place to just arrive and fill up the tank. Nunca había ido a comer a este restaurant. Pero apenas vi el nombre, me remontó a mis días en México donde una vez a la semana iba a cenar a Taco Taxi. No sé si este restaurante aquí esté conectado con el de México. Pedí una quesabirria, la cual estuvo bien, pero lo que me sorprendió fue el consomé que estaba delicioso. Las salsas también eran ricas y picosas. El lugar es pequeño y es para solo sentarte y comer, per no invita a quedarse a tener una conversación. Algo que me llamó la atención es que está rodeado de otros restaurantes, pero este tiene mucha clientela, lo cual es bueno porque eso asegura que los ingredientes que usan son frescos o al menos tienen pocos días guardados en su refrigerador o alacena. Los que atienden allí hablan español. Recomiendo este lugar para solo llegar y llenar el tanque.
