Taco Shack

Lazy customer service on the inside at 1:00-1:30 which is still lunch hours . How is that possible with no vehicles in the parking lot and 1 person inside eating lol .

The customer service was amazing, but the chalupa compuesta was not what I was expecting, it tasted like days old school lunch.But the shack burrito with beef fajita was appetizing, but the price was definitely not worth it.

Service was horrible. No greeting, no acknowledgement for about 15 minutes. Just stood there and we had to finally ask the guy behind the bar area was he taking orders. He said yes and we were surprised due to him seeing us and saying absolutely nothing. I should've left at that point. Tried it anyway. Food was horrible. They served white rice and was mushy. It was just gross. No one knew what was used on the rice. I just ordered some queso (that wasn't good) and took the chicken off that was flavorless and put on the chips to make some type of decent meal. Will never return and will never ever recommend!

The food is great and customer service is exceptional!

Just your run of the mill taco shop. Foods okay. Service meh I mean it’s fast food so is what it is . Place is clean for the most part.

I give this place an AA rating for Absolutely Awful. Went in and ordered a fajita taco. There was nothing "fajita" about it. It was nothing more than old, dried-up, recooked burrito meat that was so over cooked and recooked and probably regurgitated that it was crispy. On top of that, the taco was $5. $5 for what should have been thrown in the garbage 3 days ago.

3/6/2024 - I did a review a while back but decided to do an update. Taco Shack is consistant in their good service, food and prices. I stopped by today for breakfast (Gringo Plate) and met Lorenda. She is so friendly! She told me about the tortilla soup they have! I am always looking for a good tortilla soup and she says theirs is very good! I let her know I will try it some day when I am out and about. I like their food because even though it's fast food it's like eating food from a good sit down Tex-Mex resturant. Food is great and it is still hot when I get home! They don't have it on the list below but I go to the Taco Shack for the Cheese Enchilada plate and Breakfast plates.

Five stars for Taco Shack! The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was inviting. A great place for a night out with friends or a romantic dinner.

Does anyone even work here? Sign says open and it was 6:43pm, I waited at the drive thru for almost 10 minutes saying “hello” like a moron. I drove around and there was nobody inside. Awesome service, looks like your people just straight up left.
