My food was stall and the soda is flat and the inside of my taco is cold and it tasted gross. I highly recommend not going to taco johns and if you do, brink a different drink. They always get your order wrong and my soda was flat

Manager is so rude to customers and employees. Take the time and drive to a different location where you and the employees get treated with respect.

Can't ever seem to get the order right. Most recently my wife and I used the app for drive thru pickup. The first told me to come inside to pick up the order then a second person came and told me to come through the drive thru. When I got to the window there was confusion and they claimed they didn't have an order, but magically they had the order. It ended up showing up. Made it home only to find out the order was wrong. My wife contacted the location only to be told the order was wrong on our end (it was not) and began taking an attitude. No help or offer was given to correct their mistake and we were directed to call the corporate number. We might live down the street from these guys, but I will. He definitely driving to other locations to avoid this Taco John's in the future. I'd advise you do the same

Quick and convenient and prices are decent

The building is nice. But the customer service is TERRIBLE! I’ve never had them get my order right here, and I’ve gotten food poisoning from this location. It’s super unfortunate because I love Taco John’s. Avoid this location at all costs!
