Love Taco Bell but this location is the SLOWEST “fast food” place I ever been. Not sure if it’s lack of employees or employees work really SLOW.
Service was absolutely ridiculous. Granted I made a mistake and placed an order for the wrong location but being told to make sure I don't make that mistake again as it costs the manager money. If she would have taken the time to look at my account, she would've noticed I paid twice the same day. Instead of asking for a refund I simply wanted the order I had paid for a day prior. Not coming to this location again!!
Not really friendly Service.
No service. Must use those dumb kiosks which are fine if you know the menu already. Otherwise a huge pain. They failed to. Otw or was a to go order and left out the requested sauces. Food was worse than expected. Not for me.
Taco Bell: The Comeback Kid of Burrito Beans
Once upon a time, in a land not so far away, there existed a Taco Bell that seemed to operate under the firm belief that the optimal number of beans in a burrito was… seven. Yes, you heard that right. Seven beans. I’m no mathematician, but that feels more like a garnish than a filling, wouldn’t you agree? For years, I endured burritos that were less "bean-filled goodness" and more "bean-finding mission." Let’s just say, they missed the mark—and occasionally, my order—by a long shot.
But like any great redemption arc, Taco Bell has had a glorious turnaround. Call it a bean revolution. I ventured back into the fray recently, cautiously optimistic, as one often is when craving the comforting embrace of Taco Bell. And let me tell you, my friends—it was like a whole new world. My burrito was perfect. They finally understood the bean-to-burrito ratio we all deserve. It was loaded with black beans, seasoned to perfection, and stuffed with all the goodness Taco Bell is known for, minus the heartbreak of forgotten items.
Whoever is running the show now deserves a standing ovation, a parade, and maybe even a lifetime supply of Crunchwrap Supremes. It’s not just that they finally nailed my order—they’ve been consistently amazing. I’ve gone back six to seven times this month. Don’t judge me. We all have our vices. And honestly? Every visit has been an experience of pure, unadulterated fast food joy.
So, if you're reading the old reviews and thinking this Taco Bell is still stuck in the seven-bean dark ages, let me assure you—it’s back and better than ever. Whatever magic they’re working behind the scenes, keep it up. You’ve earned yourselves a solid five stars from me across the board.
Thank you for bringing back the joy of a perfectly filled burrito.
Last three times I’ve been here Amari has been at the register at the drive thru. Super friendly very kind. Always willing to sell me a side flat bread for my dog. Friendly dude.
I was waiting for 20 min. For my lunch
This is possibly the worst taco bell I have ever been to. The service is soooo much slower than at any other location. The first time I came here they had me pull up to the stop sign to wait for my food. Which caused a drive through jam because my food didn't come out before the persons behind me anyways.
The next time I came, I went inside to avoid what happened before. Requested extra chicken in my taco, didn't get it. My burrito was half filled. And it took over 10 minutes to get the food while awkwardly standing around for it. They had about five workers in the building. One doing drive thru, one cooking and the other three making tiktoks.
Save yourself the hassle and drive to another one
Cravings Menu, still cheaper than groceries.
I went through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order that I purchased online. However I ordered it to the wrong Taco Bell. The worker Giuliano at the drive thru and a kind cook took my order at the window and still made it for me. I was super happy since the mistake was mine and they still helped me out. The manager was also very helpful and the food was quick and delicious. Great service!!
i don’t normally leave negative reviews but they intentionally say they are out of items, like quesadillas (it’s a tortilla and cheese) that they don’t want to make and i can hear them complaining to each other over their intercoms system.
I witnessed multiple cars pull through the drive thru and leave visibly upset because they have been turned down. Judging from the other reviews this place has gotten, i don’t think management cares to make changes either.
Clean , fast and great food
The service was so bad it made me laugh, so thanks for that at least!
Terrible service, to reach the bad level it needs to improve a lot.
Someone needs to call Taco Bell headquarters cause this location is ridiculous!!! My friends had just arrived to Orlando and were hungry so we decided to go to Taco Bell since it’s opened late. We arrived at about 1:20am Saturday night. Closing time says 2am. We waited in the drive thru for about 10 minutes and NO ONE answered so we drove up to the window. There they were, joking around not even looking our way. After about another 10 minutes, a young lady sees us and then tells us they are closed…
These guys are super friendly and the line usually short. I love coming here and grabbing something delicious
