I have ordered three times a birthday cake from they and they were the best cakes that I ever have eaten in US. The cakes are very fresh made and also very tasty. They can make personalized birthday cakes, even on holidays. My sons birthday is near Thanksgiving day, so it is hard to find a cake in a short time. They are always ready for their clients.

Went on vacation to Kissimmee and ordered a cake from Fide for my son's 1st birthday. So happy I did! The cake was absolutely delicious! Perfectly moist all the way through, no dry parts, and just the right amount of sweetness! She was very friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend her for your cake orders. Thank you! I was looking for a special cake for my birthday, found Creations by Fide online and looking at the pictures and comments I knew this is what I wanted. I got a bizcocho with dulce de leche and pineapple, it was delicious!!!! I highly recomes this place, when you order your cake you are dealing directly with the business owner who is really nice, ordering the cake was so easy and a nice experience. Fide's Dominican cake texture is fluff and spongy - true sponge cake!! The Italian meringue frosting, which I know as either White Mountain or 7 minute frosting, is just heavenly, heavenly, heavenly!!! The dulce de leche filling was delicious. Every morsel of the cake tastes above board. Fide is very amiable. It was easy to order from her despite her busy schedule. I ordered the cake the day before and she was happy to provide the cake the next day. The cake presentation was simple but elegant.

Lo recomiendo 100%. Excelente sabor y textura. Tenia tiempo que no comía un bizcocho dominicano como este. La masa es suave, los rellenos son completamente naturales, homemade! El relleno de piña sabroso, el de dulce de leche rico, pero los dos juntos me dejaron sin palabras!! Ufffff
