Diary Queen, please do better with the people you hire at your facilities. I was given the worst service ever today around 6:00 pm. The rude employee at the window was so rude to us that made me leave this review. He said it was my fault I told him the wrong order and was upset and didn’t hand our order out or even apologized. Thank you, for our large drink of just ice. Stay away from this location.

Have been several times since they opened with little issues until tonight. Ordered a Parmesan garlic tenders, onion rings, and gravy. Didn’t get any of it. When we called we were told they were out and Uber Eats should have called. They didn’t. I doubt they were told to call us as their ratings reflect their service. Then the brownie blizzard tasted as if they dumped a jar of salt on it. You could see large chunks of salt in it. I’ve had the blizzard twice aside from now and it has been fine. Doubt we will go back for a while. Sounds like they have to restructuring and health/safety practices to refocus on.

The food was delicious and affordable. Team members were very professional, knowledgeable, and actually happy to do their job!
