Why am I always sitting in a parking lot for my drive thru order? Why is there never any hot sauce

The correlation between price and quantity at Taco Bell needs improvement; the current pricing seems too high considering the portion sizes.

If there was a zero star that’s what they deserve at this location. I mostly drive through but this time I had to go inside to order and turned out to be disgustingly strange l. The guy was holding the buns bare hands (no gloves) I asked him why he was holding my sandwich bare hands and told em he supposed to wear gloves. He replied “I’ve already sanitized” now is this really an excuse? God knows what he was doing with his bare hands before touching my sandwich. DISGUSTING!! I could’ve refused to take my food and get my money back, but I let it go for the sake of the New Year. Don’t go here

Multiple times at this location, they will not tell you they are out of hot sauce until after you pay. And even when you do ask for “a lot” of sauce, there is always less sauce packets than the tacos themselves.? The food is pretty good comparable to the other locations, but their service not as much.

Our wraps were completely empty. Absolutely disappointed with the quality of the food at this location. The fries were hard and stale as well.
