Not enough chicken in the special chicken quesadilla to know it was supposed to taste like chicken

Had to edit my review after today's visit. I just stood at the front counter for 15 minutes waiting for 1 drink. There was only one customer before me and they helped other customers who walked up after I was there. Multiple employees just looked at me and then turned and faced away. Zero customer service.

Didn't rate the food because after 10 minutes of standing on an empty counter, no one would take my order! I don't know how to say it any simpler, this place sucks!

As usual my order is always missing sometimes. People, check your orders!!!! Missing to guacamoles drove home 20 minutes away and found out it’s not in the bag. Even when you pay you can’t get correct service. Really wish there was a better place close to my house open late.

I asked for extra meat on my taco and on my Crunchwrap and both had barely. What a rip off.. the burrito too, more cheese and sauce than anything .

I have ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito from here several times. Each time it has beef. No good

Worst customer service, management can’t be bothered to handle issues with orders, and issues through the app have to be handled through the app exclusively. Who ever is in charge of ordering inventory apparently forgot to order steak altogether. Horrible experience.
