Idk what this is but it's nasty, and unacceptable. I didn't notice till I was checking outside my door. The crew member had an attitude bc he couldn't hear me so I had to yell. Then I got an attitude from him. I don't play about my food and I always respect food service workers bc I've been in that situation before. But this ain't it.

VERY rude employees. I've had two bad experiences at this location at this point and I just had my food thrown to me for no reason. The food is fine but the service is interesting to say the least.

Always claim to be to under staffed and give you cold food once they give it to you. Have the homeless sleeping in the lobby The workers will have you waiting longer to get your food than it would take to go have a sit down meal at a restaurant

Got my order wrong 3 times tonight. They're mostly just standing around not doing anything or helping anyone, and not really making tacos. I got a tortilla with rice inside of it. Wild, wild, place. Don't go here, especially at night.

I have waited 20-30 minutes in this drive thru for the last 3 times I have been to this location. And my food was dry and incorrect. They claim to have no one working, but I don’t believe it. Not going to this location anymore, don’t expect fast food here.

Worst location! They act like they’re possessive of the ingredients or something and are skimping bc the food comes out of their salaries! Ridiculous and bitter employees

The worst spot to go to. You will sit in that drive thru for an hour before you get your food and they don’t move traffic up so you can just leave so you’re really screwed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don’t pay for anything EXTRA, because this specific store won’t even give you what’s already included on the items. This specific store somehow only does it when you make any changes yo the item, as if it’s a personal offense to them. This specific store is NO GO. 👎🏽

The service was great. I got 2 of the specialty items. They had no meat in them. It felt like I was eating bread and lettuce. I am 51 also so iay just not have the tolerance for cheap food anymore. The staff were quick and polite

One electronic screen for self order not functional and no one helping at counter ever, force u to order at kiosk, took way too long for order. People right ahead of me sat and dined in and were done eating when I finally walked out with my 5 item bag. Beans sometimes are horrible... crunchy crusty old like they scraped super old dried beans from sides and stirred with bit of beans left. Went to hospital once with food poisoning and so after year break, still only certain taco bells I will go to. Beans should be smooth not gritty and crunchy. Barely can leave taco bell for under 20 unless you eat off cheap list only. Nickel and dime you on everything you add. No taco should be over 2.00 anywhere!!!!

I have ordered here several times and everytime my order is always wrong or missing items. I try to get in touch with a manager by calling the store and the phone is always busy. I tell everybody now that orders here then check calls order and make sure it is right before you leave or when ordering mobile as well. I have never had this issue with any other taco bells in the area. I will never order through the mobile app anymore or will go into this store anymore. This store sucks on communication and customer service all around. DONT GO HERE ANY MORE

Every single time I go my order is inaccurate. I have finally decided it's time to write a review. I went for breakfast with my girl and she ordered the chicken cantina bowl. Specifically asked for no avocado ranch, ez guac, ez purple cabbage, and added Fiesta strips (a .50 charge). They not only removed all sour cream but gave me extra avocado ranch and no Fiesta strips, normal guac, and normal cabbage. This is not the first time they have messed up, infact the time before when she brought home tacobell she ordered a burrito and they gave her a taco instead. They have lost our patronage as this is inexcusable at this point. What is the point of the "checked for accuracy" box if it's never gonna be checked over?

Did not eat spoke to a woman and she didn't hear me or wasnt paying attention to me waited for 3 to 5 minutes to pick up an order. They rarely pay attention to the front or the lobby area

They forgot part of the order again which is common for this store. Took 40 mins to get food.

Ordered 25.00 worth of food and waited over 45 min ... the the girl st the counter said they were working on an order and mine was next ... I told them to keep my order and left .... i called to ask for a number to call with my disappointment and was hung up on ...yes a waste of 25.00 buti had lost my patience... I will be calling the customer service number tomorrow and let them know .
