We had to use the kiosk and had to grab our own cups because the staff, refused to greet us and had an attitude when they called out our order
They have twice now refused to take our order because they were “understaffed”. The first time the woman pretended she couldn’t hear us, and the second time two people over the mic told us we couldn’t order anything above 10 dollars because they’re understaffed. We were ordering two crunchwraps, and no one was in the parking lot. My expectations for a Taco Bell is below sea level and they still managed to exceed in disappointing us as customers.

Experience was horrible. Was in line for 30 minutes. The employees were combative and unprofessional. They weren’t trying to listen to me talk and I asked for a number to talk to a manager and they slammed the window shut on me a few times. Totally unfair that the way how they talked to me. Never going to this location again. And I don’t suggest anyone to go there unless they want horrible service.Happened on 3/29/24 at 7:30 pm.
Ordered beef Burrito . A Slather of beef on a burrito and Nothing else. Wife ordered bean and rice burrito and it had beef. She is a Vegetarians. Reconsider going to the Clifton Park taco bill.They're awful
