Taco Bell

This location needs to hire employees who can read. My receipt was right but my order wasn't. So they charge you but it's not what you paid for or something will be missing. The only time it is right is if you don't order more than 2 items, any more and they cannot get it right

We rarely come here because the workers are typically so unfriendly and they are always out of beef, beans, and or mountain dew. However, tonight the young girl who took my order was so nice, friendly, and even told me to "drive safe and stay healthy " as I drove away. She didn't portray the I hate my job attitude and even had a smile on her face. All of our food was good but even if it wasn't tonight her customer service skills were great and would have made up for it. I wish I would have gotten her name because she deserves to be recognized!

I am really upset.... A friend and I just left work at 3:05 pulled into parking lot by 3:12. We were in line for 20 mins. We get to the speaker to order after sitting in line for 20 mins and they tell us they are not taking any orders except online and door dash. Angrily we drove off, however a good friend of ours was directly behind us and they pulled around and did theirs online "I should also mention my phone had died". They call me to tell me that the employees in the window informed them that they only told us that to shorten the line. I bartend and as often as I want to leave work before it's time to close I would never do that. All around bad business. I will never return sadly, Hungry and angry, Annie P.s.. says they are open until 4am
