Courteous and fast

I’ve ordered door dash from this restaurant the other day and when I ordered the Cinnabon coffee they gave me black coffee when I’ve never gotten the wrong one before and today I went inside to eat with my husband and we were basically ignored for 10 minutes while they were walking around in the back working on the drive thru, I understand that’s priority at a fast food place but when you walk past the counter and try not to make eye contact it’s really ridiculous.

This is one of the cleanest restaurants. I enjoy their Mexican food at an affordable price.

Check your order, seems like this location tends to miss items. But my biggest complaint is that you never know what's what in the order without opening them up and seeing what it is because they NEVER use the wrappers the proper way that tell you what an item is..... This last order they were all wrapped to "special"except one that was wrapped to Bean burrito but was a potato taco.... Doesn't seem hard or a big deal but it's stupid not to use something so easy. Annoying when you order like 12-15 items but don't know what food is which for your group.....

Where do I start.... I order online and asked for a chicken quasadilla right guess what..... this "quesadilla" had no cheese, no chicken and no sauce..... I've been here before and they can make a really good chicken quesadilla...... or so I thought...... this "chicken quesadilla" was no joke a folded, toasted tortilla.... there was only 1 thing that they got right on my quesadilla and that was that they gave me a toasted torilla..... so I go back because they also missed $9 of steak on the rest of the order I tell them what was wrong and then I asked.... "WHAT IS A QUESADILLA" and bro was constantly like "I'll ho ask my manager what i can do", after probably more than 15-20 mins after we asked for a refund or atleast for them to remake our food they came out with a fix of the steak foods..... BUT THE QUESADILLA..... yes there was some tilling this time but it was barely any..... TACO BELL USED TO MAKE THERE QUESADILLA SO CHUNCKY AND GOOD...... now it is trash. I most likely will not be visiting THIS taco bell ever again unless I am homeless and even then I would be pretty if-y.

Place has signs all over their building that they are hiring. A job listing was posted on indeed last night. I immediately applied and seconds later got texts and emails asking me to schedule an interview. I made it for the next available time (this morning) and continued to get texts and email reminders for the interview. When I got there, they said they have a full crew and are not hiring. I left but called when I got home and asked why they advertise all over their building that they are hiring when they are not. I got hung up on.
