Rise by Good Day

RISE by Good Day is owned by Christine Mason, a first generation American of Polish heritage. Originally from Chicago, Christine has longed for foods that remind her of her babcia's (grandmother's) dinner table and the Polish markets and bakeries that she would frequent as a child and so launched RISE by Good Day in Salt Lake City January of 2018 and moving to our new larger location in West Jordan, UT in July 2023. RISE looks to share a little piece of Polish culture and the warm flavors of the Polish cuisine with our neighbors here along the Wasatch Front area.
