Taco Bell

Ordered at the kiosk, went to counter to pay like it told me to. Man rudely asked "what you standing there for?" Told him I had cash, took it and handed me only 1 drink. I asked weren't there 2 drinks. More attitude as he went to check and saw I was right. Then proceeded to wait 20 minutes. The 4 people who ordered after me all ordered and received their food. No one in line inside or outside. 4 workers slowly chatting and wandering. I ask if they still have our order. He looks at the computer and says they are making it now. 🙄 Get it 2 minutes later and most of it's wrong. There are too many Taco Bells in our area to waste time and money to visit this one. Last time we were here a couple months ago and employee was vaping. Soda in the drink machine tastes off. All in all really awful experience

Gotta shout out the night crew at this location- you guys just absolutely beasted this giant order for my family. Unexpected- no notice- and you guys had every single item not only correct, but in the bag. Thank you! Y'all deserve a raise!

The most horrible Taco Bell!, we waited 40 min in the speaker to take our order, there is no chance to exit the drive thru as it is blocked by a curb, the employees were just nor responding to us! Look for another place!!!

Went to get some food and waited more than 30 min to get 2 taco and they still messed it up and then I got ignored when u tried to tell them DO NOT COME HERE

MUCH better food and service than location by Macomb College on 12 Mile, even if they're short staffed. They stay pleasant.

I went through the drive thru and placed my order, having to repeat it several times. I had ordered 12 tacos, half of them soft with only sour cream and the other 6 Dorito taco supremes, with 3 $1 regular Baja blast freezes for my kid's during what the menu had said was happy hour and they were supposed to be $1 each! I ended up paying $53 for my order 😳 and had to knock on the window to ask for sauce and I couldn't even get him to open up to question why my bill was so much????....well I got home 3 minutes down the road if that🙄 and the $3.69 drinks were half melted because they gave them to us before our food was finished! Also they had lettuce mixed with a drop of sour cream on the "only sour cream" soft taco's, which of course was for the kids and I had to scrape the lettuce off which took the sour cream with it...so if you can imagine how unhappy I was to even try the now soggy Dorito taco after having to scrape lettuce off the 6 soft taco's before anyone would touch them! Very disappointed!! I feel like the mistakes are more frequent and either I stop eating Taco Bell for awhile or try to find another location that doesn't mess up the orders so much. I am not the type of person to complain every time, this is the first time I have complained online and my order has been wrong the last 4 times I have gone to this location.

Honestly, This taco bell always gets my order correct. The staff had a very unruly customer and the staff handled it very professionally! The man was being very disrespectful and they just handled it very well!

Would you eat this?

Taco Bell? More like Taco Slow. You’ll be held captive in the one lane drive through for 30 minutes every time you go despite only 5 cars being in the line. Foods usually okay though I will say that. It’s just the wait time is flat out insane! (Note; today I arrived at 6:38, got to the speaker at 6:56, and was handed my food at 7:22. Today was extra slow)

My husband went and got me food because I was sick I have allergies. They got the order wrong. No problem I understand. It happens sometimes. I went back and asked for just steak and shell tacos because of allergies. The young lady there rolled her eyes at me. Shook her head as I explained the situation. Then they gave us our food. Cut to now I look and my tacos at home I kid you not had they had 4 peices of steak in them.

They close every day before two hours. This is not good for the business.
