Taco Bell

The employees are horrible. My wife and I were waiting at the register for over 20 mins and no one would acknowledge us. I get when people are busy or short staffed and all that jazz, but did not say a word at all is absolutely absurd and rude. For an example sorry folks we are busy. Give us a few minutes and will be right there and help you. All we had was a question about the drinks and God forbid that somebody would come up and talk to us after waiting over 20 minutes at the front register, there is a line out the door And yet no employee will talk to a customer. They are making the customers put in orders at the kiosk. instead of helping them at the register. I’m sorry let me rephrase that they were making people use the kiosk instead of the register there were people complaining about that.

I tqke the kids they love it but i like real tacos

My favorite restaurant since I remember. This location is very clean, employees are helpful and friendly. The food is prepared well, no skimping, and not just slopped around. Ace to work for Englewood Taco Bell so I've seen what changes have been made for the better. And this location is definitely the best one. Sorry Englewood Florida LOL Parking: Lots of parking. Kind of hard to get out if drive thru is busy.

April 1,2024 @ approx 2:15 pm. I ordered a Mexican pizza thru drive up. I attempted to eat it once I was home. The taste was terrible. Burned my mouth with a chemical like taste. If I lived closer, I would have taken it back, I paid a whooping $ 7.29 for it, what a rip off. Never again, I think my business with Taco Bell is over. I want my money back. If you care about customers, you’ll reply. P.S. lady at window was very nice and service was fast. I’ve had to edit this review as it says I recommend MP. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MEXICAN PIZZA.

I would have given them a one star, but the manager was very helpful and did what she could to correct the problem. She was great. Problem is I went through the drive-through and had a 20-minute drive home, and my order was wrong. Ended up running the grandkids to McDonald's because they wouldn't eat the food that we ended up with. I was pretty upset, but as I said, the manager corrected it. She was leaving work for the evening and even offered to run our order to the house. Now that is above and beyond!
