Taco Bell

Would have given 5 stars because the food was good, was brought quickly and the restaurant is clean. BUT they had no hand soap in the mens restroom. And a crew member named michael was friendly and helpful Dietary restrictions: More heart healthy items please

The food here has recently gone down hill. The soft tacos are typically stale. They have removed the indoor cashier to a self-serve kiosk which I'm personally not fond of. The employees have nearly no personality and if they do it's a "why are you bothering me" mentality. I make it a note to go to a much further out location now as a mean's of getting a consistent experience.

Dining area was clean. Had an item missing on the order, but they took care of it with no attitude.

Taco Bell has always been good, it's just gotten so expensive. I will go again just not as often.

Not a good experience there. Food is hurting my stomach now.

I was helped by a big guy named Michael. He was so helpful polite and showed superior customer service I haven't seen him at this store very long buy I sure hope they put him in a leadership position because he handled my issues with a smile and "see you next time". I will be back because Michael is there to make everything better for the customer experience. Thank you.
