Our order sometimes gets messed up, but the food is always delicious! I highly recommend the chicken flatbread and the dragon freeze. Vegetarian options: Very easy to customize your items to be vegetarian along with a good handful of items that are already vegetarian!

I ordered delivery on the app and sat around waiting over an hour then my hubby called and the manager was SO RUDE. She said it was for pick up when I did delivery then I asked for a refund and she hung up. I'm so mad at that location and will be calling corporate!!!

Look, I get that accidents happen, sometimes things fall through the cracks during work hours and a customer has a worse off experience. I have been to many fast food places where something happens where it’s an inconvenience at worst and I have to wait a bit extra for food. It’s fine and I’m not gonna review it badly, but this Taco Bell does not deserve this much credit. The last 3 times I’ve been there, my food is never prepared or somehow “lost.” And must wait half an hour to an hour to get something. Everyone who works the late night shift do not want to acknowledge that you are there and you must play this game where they ignore you until you come back to ask the same question again. Today was so funny, yet atrocious. My girlfriend came along with and we were waiting for 30 minutes before we asked someone for help. We gave them our names and even our order numbers and the guy “helping” us could not find our names or orders again. He “looked.” Everywhere, even looking at the series of orders that have been on the table, he shrugged and told us to order again even though we could not get a refund as our orders were put through and said “picked up.” We then asked 10 minutes later to a different guy if our orders are really just “gone.” And he found out my girlfriend’s order was actually on the table the whole time! Hahahahahah! So funny that we waiting 50 minutes for that. My order, it turns out, was just handed out to some random customer, so they also received a bad experience and I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to be remade. Of course this place is not a fun place to stay. It seems like everyone who is working there at the end of the day hates you and wishes you were not there. They do not hire people who have multiple brain cells, and you will always have a bad time. Please go to another Taco Bell

I just had the worst customer experience of my life. Me and my partner both placed a mobile order separately and waited 15 minutes to show up and pick up our food. We arrived and saw no bags of food at the mobile order drop point but a few orders sitting behind the counter. After waiting for some time in the lobby we approached the counter and gave our names and a gentlemen said that our orders were already picked up and claimed. Even checking our mobile order numbers from the app. We then proceeded to wait an additional 15 minutes in the lobby. We then grew impatient because half an hour is too long for fast food and approached the counter again. After several minutes of being ignored even though an employee was leaning up against some machinery, looking at his phone, that same employee came up to us and asked our names and we gave them again. And I even spelled my name. And after that employee checked the bags of food behind the counter, looking at the tags and clearly reading the names he said that none of them were ours and turned to return to work again. A different gentleman then helped us and checked the bags one more time and saw that my food was ready the whole time. However my partners order was picked up by somebody else and we had to wait even longer for that to be made. My food was soggy by the time we got home and while eating I found what I think is a bit of rubber in my food. Thoroughly disgusted and disappointed.

Worst Taco Bell ever. Food was completely cold. Ordered a Mt. Dew and they gave me Baja Blast. Wanted sauce and got none. Complained and they said there's nothing they can do about it.
