Taco Bell

Rude staff! The girl working the drive thru sounded miserable. I could hardly hear her because she was so quiet and mumbling. Sounded like teenage brat who was annoyed she was being asked to do something. After she ran my card, she propped herself up against the wall with her back to me and played on her phone. The next girl, who gave me my food, opened the window, shoved the bag of food at me and then closed the window without saying a word. I didn’t even have time to say “thank you,” even though it wasn’t deserved. Management really needs to raise the bar on how their staff interacts with customers. For management - incase you want to address this with these young ladies, I was at the 168th & Maple location on 3/6/24 at about 8:20pm. If they have any desire to work somewhere other than fast food, and be taken seriously, they need to adjust their attitude. A smile, “hello” and “thank you” can go a long way, even if you have to force it.

Second time my crunchy tacos were so stale you could smell them before taking a bite. Food is too expensive to get home with stale taco shells

This is my local Taco Bell and my experiences here are better than most other Taco Bell locations. They are friendly, they get my order right, and food is usually pretty fresh.

They were very friendly and got our food nice and hot

Waited 19 minutes to get our food. Mexican pizza, two soft shell tacos, and two burritos. The Mexican pizza was so greasy. The burritos very small (I didn't get a picture of them) and the tacos were almost 95% toppings. I took a picture of each taco. Even moved the toppings to see if I could find some meat. Will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely lazy and rude staff! Tried to have multiple doordash orders picked up at this location and the lady working the window said we don’t have the order and we won’t make it really it’s just 1 quesadilla! Learn better customer service skills or go get a new job!
