I love Taco Bell. Their tacos, chalupas, and cinnamon treats are the best. The only thing that's disappointing is they changed the recipe of the beef burrito supreme and now they're mushy inside as if there's filler in them. Where's the beef?
My chalupa supreme had like no meat. The middle was just lettuce and sauce, meat on the very ends to make it look full from the outside. I ordered beefy 5 layer burrito and I got the bean burrito. They mess up orders here all the time, last time I went I ordered a taco supreme and I got a regular taco. They fixed the issue fortunately that time but this time I was home when I opened my food and realized they made mistakes. If you come here make sure you check your food before you drive away, as I was leaving I even heard a guy in the drive thru complain about a mistake, seriously, I love Taco Bell but this is not how you run a business.
Always understaffed, food served is a mess.
I stopped by tonight to get 3 soft tacos for my husband. 1st there wasn't any lettuce on the taco and they were 1/2 the size of what they normally were. Now I understand things change but I called the manager on duty and she wouldn't give me her name or answer my questions. Needless to say I will be calling the store manager tomorrow. I called another store and asked for the manager to see if he could answer my questions and he was so nice. Gave me his name and said as far as he knew, they didn't change anything. They weren't difficult questions. I understand it's hard to get help today however, customer service is still very important in any business.
New workers but plenty of patience by the shift manager. Food was fresh and delicious. Thanks for a great experience
