This place needs a whole new staff because they are always serving either burnt, cold, or the wrong order period. They don’t care what they are giving out . And then they’re the one making the mistakes and can’t even do refunds . The amount of times I have gotten my order wrong is crazy they really be blazing it in there

There were 3 staff members, but it seems only one working the cashier and getting orders together. The staff that got my food was wearing gloves, taking and getting the changes. The staff didn't change his gloves, so I asked for a new sandwich. He kept walking around and disappearing. I finally got my sandwich, but it took long 25 minutes, and I was the only one waiting. I couldn't eat it because I had an appointment 2 minutes away.

came here for lunch and the food was really good. It was hot and fresh. It made up for the fact I had to wait a little while. mind you I don’t mind waiting for food but at the same time I was in the drive-through for about 20+ minutes and there were only two cars in front of me. Not a huge deal, was just a little interesting to have had the wait.

Showed up to drive through tonight, 3 employees outside with several other people acting fools. Waited over 5 minutes to get someone on the drive through PA, ordered $40 of food, waited another 30 minutes for order to come out front door, over half of it missing. Currently calling for the 4th time, no answer. Manager girl sitting upfront with friends from outside earlier. Won’t give receipt, this is the second time this has happened at this location. Will never return. Only one dude working, other 2 girls hanging out with people talking in front lobby. Terrible

I ordered one taco and they charged me for 3. When I asked for a refund, they said “we don’t do refunds”. How is it my fault you charged me for the wrong thing? I don’t even know how this location is still open.. They have so many 1 star reviews and complaints lol.

Rude employees. Constantly out of many items. Food quality is poor and it is not prepared well.

The manager Adrian was very helpful, courteous and professional. The food was hot and didn’t take long. Not a fan of fast food restaurants but I would come here again.
