Not fresh. price is super expensive to the portion. service is poor ... not worth it at all.

Only went there for a pepsi and to see the difference in menu compared to a US menu. Don't know why they have gravy as a side but no mashed potatoes

It's T Bell. You know what to expect going in. I was bummed there was no fire sauce.

Online order pick-up drive-thru after 9 pm weekday Avg staff service n food Chicken too greasy n salty. 1 pc was a really weird piece. All seemed mild foul smell. Asked for hot sauce n only got taco hot sauce for kfc food.

Great outlet family owned and ran..food was well cooked and fresh.clean store great staff lots of parking close to qew on and off ramp

Bought the burrito big box meal for $12.99 and the cashier charged me for the dessert that was supposed to be part of the meal deal. I checked the receipt and went back and questioned why I was charged the $1. Something plus taxes and he's like you don't want the cinnamon twists. I said yes. So he leaves the cash register and walked away. I said to him 3 times it's part of the combo deal and you charged me for them. So I should either get another one or my almost $3 back. And he just looked at me like he didn't understand what I was saying English was not that great with the gentlemen. Even the other customers were looking at him and trying to show him. Did not get resolved as he just walked away.

The staff is incompetent and service is abysmal

Sometimes I wake up in the night thinking about a gordito crunch smothered in the hot sauce. Every visit is A1 and it is something to write home about. Keep up the good work.
