Stop making cars immediately go park after they order so it doesn’t show how bad your wait times are. That’s the only way to get better and waiting 15-20 to get a few things every time is stupid

Awful experience, argumentative customer service. Getting hostile over their own mistakes. Saying you’ll have to call the GM in the morning to get the food corrected, or money refunded. Completely unprofessional. The food and receipt obviously don’t match up. I don’t know how you mistake 2 bean burritos, for a Crunchwrap supreme and empanada. I’ve seen fast food restaurants ran better by teenagers. The manager was very condescending over the phone as well. Nobody was even mad in the first place, their employee just doesn’t know how to accept when she’s made a mistake and has an explosive meltdown. Grow up.

Almost always accurate at this location (staff will change over time & people arent perfect) Often some of the better customer service I've gotten at Taco Bells.

The manager there is absolutely rude. We drove through the drive-through around 12:20 am. to get two combos. Paid almost $20 bucks for 2 very stale and hard chalupas, burrito meal that was supposed to be meat and cheese only (they put sourcream on it) and the little chips and queso that came with it also was very stale. Google maps said they closed at 1am, so by the time I got my food, they were closing. Tried calling the next morning, and the lines kept saying busy. I finally got a hold of a manager, and now I had to deal with poor customer service ON TOP OF POOR FOOD QUALITY. She expected me to keep the old nasty food over night and bring it into her restaurant the next day, that's unsanitary for one and most restaurant refuse to take messups back into their store due to this. I have my receipt, and she just kept refusing to remake the burrito and would only replace the chalupas and said her "chips" are made fresh daily (then they weren't stored correctly and left open to get stale)I didn't even ask for the whole order to be replaced since we got combos, just the items that were not correct. The receipt is sufficient enough, but since it was a "new day," apparently that was last nights teams problem and not hers. It's absolutely ridiculous. I sent my brother there to pick up the remake she claimed she was going to do because I'm on bedrest, and they absolutely wasted his time and refused to remake the chalupas even with him having the receipt! Filed a complaint with her region as well. To pay $20 dollars for this and to not be satisfied is just not okay. Corporate is sending me 2 $5 coupons for the issue, which I truly appreciate someone trying to make this right.

Went at 1130 pm was hot and fresh and very little wait time.
