The food was fine. I hate that Taco Bell has NO counter service. Also they gave us our food but not the drinks and when I said, Can we have our drinks, they acted too busy making food to get them. (what? I just want what I ordered, nothing more.) The mexican Pizza was tasty but sure didn't look as advertised.

Standard Taco Bell. Access to building is unusual but usually easy enough Parking: Back of Restaurant faces the road and entrance is easily missed

The staff is so friendly and amazing. Everyone of them treats you with kindness and respect. They are the ONLY one we go to after bad experiences at the other Madison locations.

The manager Dawn is an outstanding employee has great customer service just a very pleasant person very out of this world great customer service loved the experience ❣️

Won't be visiting this taco bell any more. The woman taking orders at the drive up unprompted brought up politics through the intercom. Don't want to know your political preferences. Just want my food.
