Taco Bell

I've been coming here off and on, usually for lunch. Every time I do come here, it's always noisy, unorganized, staff is yelling in hindi at one another, and guests are waiting in a long line not receiving help. I've left a bunch of times, simply because none of the staff took my order! They're too busy shouting at each other in hindi. Do not recommend.

Garbage. Pathetic. I came for a nostalgic fries supreme with my son. The last one I tasted was 15 years ago. What I ordered wasn't even edible. Total waste of money. Head to Wendy's across the street. They know fresh, good, high quality food.

the worst Taco Bell Location in London without a doubt. Always skimpy on ingredients, always mess up your order, never have ingredients for basic menu items and always over a 20 minute wait in drive through. If you’re out of an item for a premade box I shouldn’t have to downgrade to a lesser priced item while I myself have to pay the same amount. That’s such bad business.

It is Taco Bell. The food is mediocre at best which is pretty good for Taco Bell. Here you get what you should expect… meh. And so often people come for that familiar meh. Fast, not too expensive, familiar. I was very impressed today as I was bring food back for 4 people… 8 different burritos. They labelled each one so there was no confusion! Thanks people! That was a great touch.

WTH! Saddest taco ever..never going back..

I love how everytime I get food from here it’s my job to assure everything I ordered is in the bag… I love how I’m paying $5 a chilli cheese burrito and I’m not even getting full servings of what is to be said on billboards… something has to happen to the management here cause you guys are running that tacobell location into the ground

Be aware. You don't get what you don't pay for. The a la carte items look cost-effective and...if you've eaten already...or plan on it elsewhere then these teasers will do...only just. Tastey but meager. Staff was out of touch with the concept of 'customer service': Being advised by one but not another...that they were 'out of rice' for anything listing rice and offering nothing in return or offering no discount...was poor form. Finally, the place was filthy. There is 'new dirt' and then...there is old dirt. This was 'old', for sure. The floors and tables hadn't been cleaned in at LEAST a few days.

Horrible restaurant and customer service. They ran out of rice but refuse to substitute any rice burritos from the already extremely expensive combo. So we pay again more for less even with your ordering inventory mistake.

Worse taco bell I ate at. The store was very dirty and no hygiene maintained. Also we were given beef inside fries after insisting we have order everything vegetarian with just beans
