Taco Bell

Lunch was as you can expect from a fast food restaurant. One of the things I did like was having to ask for everything that should have been in the bag already.

Not good

Costly. Food was good.

Great service.

I asked for no beans or sour cream and taco had sour cream waited over 15 minutes for my food be prepared wrong customer service was the worst and NOBODY HAS HAIR NETS BUT 1 GUY ON HIS BEARD!!!!

I have never felt attitude through a drive thru speaker ever before in my life. I was told “you could order” as if i had been asked what i would like 4 times already and was wasting their time. Second was - i saw that he had added black beans to my order and I asked “no black beans” and he asked “what are you talking about?” - i explained i see on the screen black beans was added and he said “that doesn’t say it on my screen but whatever it’s 10.03 next window” as if i was done with my order!!!! I even said to him that lol i guess im done ordering then - I drove around and pulled out of that drive thru so fast. I called twice to speak to a manager and each time went to voicemail which was full. Shame how many careless workers are making their companies lose business.

( UPDATE: 02/24/2024........ I have been here several times lately and it has definitely gotten better! The long lines have gotten shorter n service has been a little quicker! Its still not the fastest but its a long way from the way it was for sure! Even the quality of the food has been better! So hopefully it last!! ) This place sucks! You might want to cancel any plans I have if you go here because you will sit in drive thru all night and it’s a given that ur order will not be right! Not speaking of a one time visit this is every time u go here!!

Beef was ice cold, and the tortillas were stale. Zero stars

The cashier Anthony H. was rude at the order screen. They were out of the veggie burrito, fire sauce, and creme for strawberry creme freeze. Prices on digital screen are 10 cent higher than prices displayed on other screen. The wait is always long. Today's experience warranted a review, just horrible customer service.
